After more than 25 years of managing Gas & Oil projects worth millions of euros, I took advantage of the pandemic to delve into the soft skills needed to achieve and maintain a high level of performance. Skills like cross-functional collaboration, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, emotional intelligence, leadership and relationship building, and creative thinking are just a few examples. Additionally, I also focused on developing habits that would help me maintain this high level of performance.
