These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the coaching and mentoring services offered by Talent i Rozwój Fabrizio Bertocchi ("we", "us", "our") including 1 to 1 coaching, coaching groups, mentoring, and online courses ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

The fees for our Services will be set out in the relevant service agreement. You agree to pay all fees in a timely manner and in accordance with the payment terms set out in the relevant service agreement.
If you wish to cancel your participation in a Service and receive a refund, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the start of the Service. We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the fees as a reasonable administrative fee.

We will maintain the confidentiality of all information that you provide to us in connection with the Services, including your personal information and any information related to your business or personal life. We will not disclose such information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided to you by us or other participants in the Services.
