Confidentiality Policy

Talent i Rozwój ("we", "us", "our") is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all coaching sessions conducted by our coaches. We understand the importance of confidentiality in building a trusting and effective coaching relationship.

Scope

This policy applies to all coaching sessions conducted by our coaches, including 1 to 1 coaching, coaching groups, mentoring, and online courses.

Confidentiality

2.1. All coaching sessions are considered confidential, and all information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential by our coaches.

2.2. Our coaches will not disclose any information about coaching sessions or clients to any third party without the prior written consent of the client, except as required by law.

2.3. Information shared during coaching sessions may be used for the purposes of coaching, including setting goals, developing action plans, and tracking progress, but will not be shared with any third party without the prior written consent of the client.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

3.1. Our coaches may be required to disclose information about coaching sessions or clients in the following circumstances:

If required by law or a court order.

If the coach believes, in their reasonable judgment, that there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others.

If the coach believes, in their reasonable judgment, that the client is engaging in illegal or unethical behavior.

3.2. In such circumstances, the coach will make every effort to inform the client of the disclosure, unless doing so would put the client or others at risk.

Client Responsibilities

4.1. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions.

4.2. Clients should not disclose any information about coaching sessions or the coach to any third party without the prior written consent of the coach.

Review and Amendment

5.1. This policy will be reviewed periodically and may be amended from time to time at our discretion.

5.2. Any amendments to this policy will be communicated to clients in writing.
